“Authors and lovers always suffer some
infatuation, from which only absence can set them free.” - Samuel Johnson
One of my friends asked me, “Are
authors great lovers?” I smiled and
asked her, “Do you have any doubt about it?” She replied, “Yes.” I said as
follows about authors and their love:
Authors are highly creative people who
express their ideas and thoughts through their words. They are a gifted lot like orators who speak
and mesmerize others through their vocal chords. They are like any other ordinary
human beings with extraordinary powers of imagination with writing skills. They
visualize a lot and write many things. Their imagination can go to any part of
the world without any hesitation and they write on things which cannot be seen
by others. Most of the authors express less orally but express more through
their writings. Although many people have the imagination powers all are not
comfortable in expressing through writing and speaking.
Authors are highly passionate and
creative personalities and most of them are introverts and express through
their writing unlike orators who are mostly extroverts and express through
their speaking skills. Authors are like
any other ordinary lovers who express their love extraordinarily and stand out
from others. They not only love others greatly but also inspire ordinary lovers
through their writings to love others. That’s the greatness of authors!
She was convinced with my statements
and said, “Now I agree with you that authors are lovers. Thanks for your
clarification.”

great truths, And tell them; and the truth of truths is love." - Philip
James Bailey
