“Aamir Khan’s Message in the Film, PK” – Professor M.S.Rao

I enjoyed Aamir Khan’s film ‘PK’ I often see Aamir Khan’s film as he is a perfectionist and sends a strong message in each film. The film kicked up controversy from various religious groups within India. I became more curious to see film.

Indian society is full of superstitions. We are mostly ruled by heart rather than head. We are emotional by nature and we hardly look into reason and logic. It is a pity that even highly educated people and intellectuals go by hearts rather than by their heads. We believe more in religious Babas rather than scientists. The film provokes people to think rationally and logically about God. It provokes us to think whether we created God or God created us?

The director effectively articulated his vision without deeply hurting the people. Aamir Khan pulled off his character at ease as he is a committed and dedicated actor. The film helps the people differentiate between the chalk and the cheese. I hope people will take it positively instead of talking to ban this movie.

PK is a very interesting and inspiring film. Aamir lived up to the expectations of the people. He is different, not indifferent to people’s expectations and aspirations.  Enjoy watching this film!
