“Move and Manage Multiple Channels in Your Mind” – Prof.M.S.Rao

The life has become highly complex. There is all round ambiguity. Managing time has become a very big challenge. The fact is that time management is a misnomer. However, there are tools and techniques if you follow you can manage time, complexity and ambiguity.

We all have inner dialogue that sets into motion the moment we wake up from bed and until we go to bed. That is very powerful and works constantly and continuously during the waking hours. If we make it positive, we can derive pleasure and positive results. In contrast, if we make it negative, we get pressure and negative results. It is also known as self-talk. First thing to be effective and productive in your life is to set your self-talk or inner dialogue positive as it sends healthy signals from your mind resulting into healthy body actions. It finally contributes to positive outcomes in your life.

To be successful in this current cut-throat competitive world you can make use of your inner dialogue effectively. Engage your mind with multiple tasks simultaneously. That means you need to mentally plan multiple activities within your mind and set them into motion. Ensure that the multiple activities gain adequate momentum. Keep focusing on them. Often, it happens that some activities derail due to external forces and factors. It is quite common and natural. Make it a point to ensure that the particular task is set into motion again by analyzing the reasons and addressing the same adequately and immediately. Once you have set all activities mentally into momentum, include few more activities within your mind and see that they keep moving forward. Likewise, you need to move and manage the things and activities within your mind constantly to achieve optimum outcome. If you want to achieve success in real life, you need to achieve success in your reel life. That means you need to win your mind with visualization so that you can achieve success in reality.

Charles Darwin rightly said, “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change.” We need to change with the changing times and technologies to be successful in this complex and ambiguous world. Therefore, learn to adapt and learn to live with realities by setting your reel life with positive and healthy thoughts. Move and manage the multiple channels in your mind simultaneously to achieve all round success in your real life.

Graceful words to lead a successful path of life. I am impressed by the statement "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change." which is encouraging one to lead a very successful life and career growth.
