Students need to brand themselves in today’s competitive world. Only those who are different from others stand a chance to get employment opportunity during interview. They need to take stock of their strengths and weaknesses. They should look at in which way they are going to add value to the organizations. Such homework before going for interview will help them in separating men from boys. Mere academic knowledge does not pay. They need to have special skills and abilities apart from their academic background. These skills will tip the scales in favor of getting placement. Students need to demonstrate their passion for learning and growing. They must display several skills like soft skills and traits like learning ability, molding ability, adaptability and flexibility during interview selection to get employment.
